our series of training-events for community and advice workers
We run special events around the UK, aimed at giving advice workers the opportunity to learn more about the ombudsman service and how we work.
We are very keen to welcome the widest range of people from consumer and voluntary groups to our events – including trading standards officers, money advisers, and representatives from local advice & support agencies.

Please apply early, as there are a limited number of places available at each event.
We will do our best to give a place to everyone wishing to attend – but we reserve the right to allocate the available places so as to ensure that as many local agencies as possible may send at least one representative.
